Wolkenstar is the epitomy of a dressage horse, powerful and with movement to burn. Commencing her show career as a two year old, she won Champion 2 year old Warmblood Exhibit at Brisbane Royal Show in 2001, as well as winning the inaugural trophy for AWHA (Qld) Best Warmblood Filly 2001. In 2002 she won Champion Warmblood Mare at Brisbane Royal, and followed this by being awarded the Hanoverian Premium Mare trophy in the same year. She was also Australian Champion at the Mare Performance Test in 2004 with an overall score of 8.11 including a 9 for her trot and 9 for her rideability. She also scored an 8 for her scope in jumping. A sensational mare under saddle until injury prevented her competing, and she is now a wonderful broodmare having produced 5 foals to date:
Remi Pegasus (by Prince Noir (imp)). Gus is a tall gelding with the elegance of his sire and the power and movement of his dam. He is owned by Dani Keogh from Qld and has already made an exciting start to his competition career.
Pr Elite Mare Remi Eastern Star by Earl (Ger) (see website for details). A tall, long legged dark brown filly with exciting prospects for the future. Mira had an outstanding start to her career by being awarded Premium Mare in 2010, as well as Champion of the Mare Performance Test with an overall score of 8.25, including 9.25 for rideability and 9 for canter. An ET colt was born in 2010, Remi Lunar Eclipse by Lauries As (imp), and a full sibling is expected in 2011. She is now owned and successfully competed by Kaz & Ray Roe.
Remi London Star by Londonderry (Ger). A stunner to watch out for, this tall and gentle filly will knock your socks off in years to come. Currently in foal to Fishermans Friend (imp)
Remi Royal Star by Royal Diamond (Ger). The image of her dam, Bea has wonderful conformation and the movement of both her parents.
Remi Lauries Star by Lauries As (imp). A Top 10 Hanoverian foal, this one is sure to impress in the competition arena.
