Pinot Noir Elite Mare
Dark Brown Hanoverian Elite
Mare 2000
SIRE: Prince Noir (imp) by Prince Thatch xx
DAM: Remi Galliano by Graf Landau (imp)/Winterkoenig (imp)
Pinot Noir is the first foal born in
Australia by the super imported son of Prince Thatch xx, Prince Noir (imp). Prince Thatch needs no introduction
to the dressage fraternity, having produced multiple Grand Prix Champions, including Piccolino and Pretty Woman
and has a dressage Breeding Value of 144. She is also a half sister to Elite Mare Remi Pinot Noir. Pinot has
had an illustrious show career, with multiple wins as a yearling including Supreme Champion at the AWHA (Qld)
Gala Day in 2002, and also winning at the Hanoverian Mare Show the same year. As a 3 year old, Pinot was put in
foal to the exciting dressage stallion, Don Cavallo (Ger), a son of Donnerhall/Weltmeyer, which she produced in
2004. She then completed her Hanoverian mare Performance Test with a foal at foot and was the best jumping
horse at the Test, scoring 8 for both her scope and technique in jumping. With this result she was awarded her
Elite Mare Status.
Remi Double Jeopardy (by Don Cavallo (Ger)). A super young gelding with a quiet temperament, stunning
type and looks of his dam, but with the sensational paces of his sire. A real dressage horse.
Roxleigh Fleur De Lys is an elegant brown filly by Fishermans Friend (imp) owned by Sharon Cox. This
is a ballerina in the making.
Remi Lambrusco (by Lauries As (imp)). A beautiful liver chestnut filly in the shape of her beautiful
dam. Retained by Remi Stud.
Now owned by Ed & Robyn Stratford she has produced a full brother to Remi Lambrusco named Artes Lauries
Gift.
